Count Dooku’s Lightsaber is a replica model, inspired by the unique weapon wielded by the Sith Lord in Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones and Episode III: Revenge of the Sith. The distinctive curved hilt, designed for elegant and precise combat, reflects Dooku’s refined fighting style and mastery of Form II, Makashi. The sleek, chrome-plated design, combined with its aggressive red blade, makes this saber an iconic piece in Sith history.

Equipped with Xenopixel V3 electronics, this lightsaber includes a Neopixel blade, making it perfect for showcase and light duelling but not for heavy duelling. The 144-LED strip within the blade delivers brilliant illumination, realistic ignition effects, and customisable blade styles. Additional features include smooth swing motion detection, 34 pre-installed sound fonts, multiple ignition modes, gesture controls, and a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Bluetooth connectivity allows for further customisation via the XenoConfigurator app on iOS and Android.

    History

Count Dooku, once a Jedi Master, turned to the dark side and became the Sith Lord Darth Tyranus, apprentice to Darth Sidious. His elegant curved-hilt lightsaber was designed to complement his highly refined combat style, favoring precision and efficiency over brute strength. With this weapon, he dueled some of the most formidable Jedi, including Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, and Yoda.

Dooku’s mastery of Makashi made him a nearly unbeatable duelist, allowing him to defeat Jedi with ease. However, his arrogance led to his downfall when he underestimated Anakin Skywalker, who ultimately defeated him in a fateful duel aboard General Grievous’ flagship. His lightsaber remains one of the most recognizable and sophisticated designs in the Star Wars saga.

    Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between the lightsaber versions?

There are 5 main types of lightsaber electronics:

    • RGB-X & S-RGB – These sabers illuminate the blade from the hilt and are built for durability, making them ideal for heavy-duelling. They come with a Baselit blade, which has no LEDs inside and looks best in dark environments.
    • Xenopixel V3 & SNV4 PRO – These lightsabers use Neopixel blades, which contain LEDs throughout the blade for brighter and more vibrant effects. They are not designed for heavy-duelling, but offer advanced visual effects and customisation.
    • Proffie 2.2 – A highly customisable lightsaber that also comes with a Neopixel blade. It allows advanced users to modify sound fonts, blade effects, ignition styles, and more through open-source software, making it ideal for those who want full control over their lightsaber’s performance.
Can you duel with the lightsabers?
    • RGB-X & S-RGB sabers with Baselit blades are designed for heavy-duelling.
    • Xenopixel, SNV4 PRO, and Proffie 2.2 sabers with Neopixel blades are best suited for showcase and light-duelling but should not be used for intense combat.

For heavy-duelling, we recommend going with a thick neck saber so the blade is better supported and less likely to become wobbly or snap.

Are Saber 66 Lightsabers and helmets replicas?

No – our lightsabers and helmets are in no way intended to be replicas. Size, materials, colours and design details are all inspired by officially licensed sabers, but they are not replicas.

Do the lightsabers support Bluetooth connectivity?
    • RGB-X and Xenopixel V3 support Bluetooth connectivity via the “XenoConfigurator” app on iOS and Android.
    • S-RGB and SNV4 PRO support Bluetooth connectivity via the “ForcePark V2” app on iOS and Android.
    • Proffie 2.2 does not have built-in Bluetooth functionality.
Do you offer a warranty on lightsabers?

Yes, all lightsabers come with a 1-year warranty, covering manufacturing defects and electronic malfunctions. If you encounter any issues within this period, please contact our support team for assistance. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modifications, or improper charging.

    Do you offer replacement parts?

Yes, replacement blades, chargers, and other accessories are available for purchase separately. If there is a more specific part that needs changing, please contact out support team for assistance.

How do I recharge my lightsaber?

All lightsabers come with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery and a USB charging cable. It is recommended to use the provided charger and follow the charging instructions in the manual to prevent damage.
